Returns and Exchanges

Every unique gift comes to life at GiftBar the way you want it. During the process you will be giving a proof for approval. Returns or exchanges can only be preformed prior to production. Once you have given us proof approval, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.  NOTE: GiftBar.ca also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will offer a credit note your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time.  Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect GiftBar or any of our carriers options.  Thank you for understanding.

Shirt Printing

GiftBar uses two processes for custom shirt printing. Our white shirts are directly printed to the material. The results are a matte finish that won't ever peel off or crack. Over time with many washes the cotton will pillow on top. Our colored shirt printing is done with textile vinyl printed and cut then heat applied for strong colored results. This film has a stretch component for ease of wear. Slight color can fade or crack after many multiple washed. Both processes are this best in the industry using the best machines, inks, and supplies. We never cut corners, your satisfaction is our priority and we want you to be a VIP customer for life.
